Windows 11 Blue Screens after restart/reboot, and during some games. (Specs included)

Hi there, I got my computer about a month ago. It started 3 days in. Most of the time when I turn it on or reboot it blue screens and restarts (which sometimes leads to a cycle of blue screens but rarely). It also blue screens during Rainbow Six Siege gameplay, only when I'm about to load into a game. I have clean installed Windows 11 once and it worked for about a week and the problems came back. I'm not sure how to turn on minidump's but I don't think its on, please feel free to provide instructions on how to get my computer to create minidumps.
