Windows 11 blocks full access to a website

HelloI've got a Surface Pro, since migrated from win10 to 11, I cannot use fully some website (the website considers that I'm on mobile device, because I get error that this site isn't designed for mobile). I checked with several up to dated browser (Brave, Edge, Chrome, Firefox), with some extension about user-agent (force to be on desktop device), responsive design etc and nothing change.When I use the website on another computer (windows 10, macOS) with several browsers : that works fine.I test with another win11 computer : that works fine too.So, the only way is a window11 problem "identif
