Windows 11 battery charging issues on brand new laptop

Hello,We’ have a brand new laptop (Intel NUC X15 Laptop BKC71EBGU6000 15.6" 240Hz Intel Corei7-11800H RTX3060 Max-P 130W 16GB 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD Thunderbolt-4 Mechanical PerKey RGB Win11) which has had issues charging since purchase. I thought it was the laptop however we have had it checked and now believe it to be a result of windows 11.It seems to be sporadic in deciding to charge or not, the speed at which it charges, and the battery use report in no way reliably shows the actual battery use/charge.
