windows 11 automatic repair

I am stuck in windows 11 automatic repair I was working on my computer, it shut down with the message "Preparing automatic repair" It finally came back up I worked for 2 hours and it shut down again, cannot get out of the loop. I do not get an option to go to any other screen. I do not get past the blue screen stating automatic repair goes in a loop and starts again. I cannot get to the screen that youtube mentions about choosing the advanced options If I press F9 i get a screen to select a boot device Don't know what to do
