Windows 11 automatic repair issue

My friend has an Asus ROG Ally that whenever he turns on, gives him the blue automatic repair screen. We have looked online for solutions but whenever he tries it, it asks for a "recovery key". The only major installed apps on it are minecraft, roblox, and zoom. He said that he was playing minecraft, the device randomly shut down, and got him stuck in the automatic repair loop.
