Windows 11 automatic boot while shutdown

Just obtained a Dell Optiplex 7050 SMFF desktop that came with a new installation of Windows 11 . The unit has an an i7, 7th generation processor, and has TPM, version 2.0 installed. Windows has been fully updated as well as the drivers and the BIOS. Bit Defender, Total Security is installed for antivirus. The unit is shutdown every evening. The unit works well save for one issue, it automatically turns on at 5:30 AM every morning. WHY? I have checked the power settings in the control panel, and there is nothing that I can find that would initiate an auto reboot while shutdown. Please
