Greetings from Yamaha Music! As discussed over the phone about Microsoft Access id, we are observing some print hanging/not responding issue in Canon machines only for the Windows 11 users. We contacted Canon top support team and after all possible troubleshooting, Canon support team has advise to contact with OS OEM for support. Hence, We would require the Microsoft access id for lodge the complaint in Microsoft OR, kindly support tto connect with Microsoft team. Please find the attached invoice for your reference.
