Windows 11: App icon on task bar stuck with permanent accent color

Hi,One of my application icon permanently has accent color applied to it when I'm using light theme.I am using a Light color theme under Personalization > Colors, where I understand that accent color on taskbar is disabled by default (the option is even greyed out). The accent color is non present when I turned on dark theme. I can see that the accent color slider is present in dark mode and I have turned it off. When I switch back to light mode after doing so this problem would go away temporarily for a few minutes. Can somebody please tell me how I could resolve this issue?ThanksM
