windows 11 and chrome crashing.

hi ya'll sometimes after i turn on my pc and click on the chrome icon it opens but after couple of moments it freezes with the wheel "loading" mark where the mouse icon was and then all windows becomes stuck and nothing helps besides restart. has anyone experienced this weird issue before? appreciate the help!
