windows 11 alt+tab and multitasking transparent

I have just updated my pc from windows 10 to windows 11 and I noticed that when I alt tab to change app the background of it is either a solid back or white depends if I have it set to light or dark mode and when I was on windows 10 it never did that it was just 100% transparent the same with when I try and put 1 task on the left and 1 on the right when I am moving it, it dose the same thinghow do I fix this it is making me crazy
