Windows 11 Activation error 0x803f700f

Hi,I have been running a Windows 11 Pro VM for 12 months on my Apple Mac using VMWare Fusion. Yesterday the MAC or VMWare completed an update and when I logged back onto my Windows 11 VM it said the licence wasn't activated. This has happened once before about 6 months ago, that time I went to activation, said my hardware had changed, selected the VM and it reactivated with no issue. This time it will not reactivate, just fails and suggests I by a new licence!
