Windows 11 activation : 0xC004F211 Following bios Update & 23H2 installation

Hello,Following Bios update and Windows update installation, my activation is not valid anymore.I already tried to"I changed hardware on this device recently" (even if it's false), I selected my previous hardware in the list (it's doubled ? why ?) then I get : "We can not reactivate Windows on this device, please try later or pay"
