Windows 11 accessibility setting (text size) doesn't persist once I reboot.

Using Windows 11 for work. I am very nearsighted so need nice big fonts for everything--task and tool bars, tabs on my browser, etc. I can reset them to something comfortable via the windows accessibility settings (text size, I'm using about 180%) but when I shut down my computer, it resets. Would be one thing if it's a simple operation to go back into settings every morning, but different apps apply the change in their own good time, so I often end up in a frustrating loop of closing and opening different tools.Would very much appreciate a fix for this.
