Windows 11: access denied to the internal hard drive, no apps/troubleshooting tools can be run/installed

I've run into a huge problem. First, my win11 went to a blue screen out of nothing (no specific installation process was involved) with something like "This device has run into a problem, doing a disc check-up". After checking up everything it could load was a black block screen with no further response (it could unblock and block again).Therefore, I boot it into "other option" mode that gives an option to reinstall OS.
