Windows 11 : "A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed (8016)."

Hello ! I just purchase a new computer with Windows 11 that I only use to play games. I installed the sims 2 double deluxe and when a start the game, I get the following message : "A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed (8016).". I thought the problem came from the game but a friend who has windows 11 too and installed all of my sims 2 games on it, does not have this problem. I am not a computer expert so if someone can help me please. Thank you so much
