WINDOWS 11 24H2

I have a Fujitsu fi-7280 scanner operating with PapersStream App. I purchased this scanner about 12 years ago and it has work perfectly for my business operating system. Windows 11 update 24H2 is not compatible with the PaperStream App and the scanner fails. Fujitsu advises that Microsoft is failing to make their changes to 24H2 to solve the compatibility issue. I have been advised to wipe my hard drive and reinstall 23H2. Graeme
