Windows 11 - 24H2 Update Performance Issues

I have attempted to install the 24H2 update on two different occasions roughly a month apart, but keep running into performance issues.Upon installation, my entire device runs significantly slower than before. This includes both menus of the operating system and separate applications (lock screen, settings, web browser, video player, games, etc). This appears in the form of longer load times, and a decreased number of frames per second, to the point certain applications are unusable.
