Windows 11 24h2 update not installing. (KB5051987)

Same issue as a few weeks ago where I would get an error trying to update Windows 24H2, the only solution was an in-place upgrade. Now even if I do an in-place upgrade it won't update my windows at all and it's basically a waste of time. I've tried everything.Error: 0x800f0823 or even 0x800f081f.Trying to reinstall windows via the repair method of going to System > Recovery and then "Reinstall Now" gives me the "Repair Version of Windows not found, please try again later"I've heard that some people can help me on this forum via CBS logs or whatever.
