Windows 11 24H2 update from Microsoft Update Catalog

Hello. I have downloaded the Microsoft Update Catalog standalone 24H2 update download and it has two Setup file. 1. SetupHost2. SetupPlatform.Which one do I select to install the 24H2 update?<Also If the Windows 11 24H2 update isn't coming up in the Windows Updates app does that mean I cannot have it on my computer?
