Windows 11 24H2 Repair Version - Installing stuck at 100%

Due to various BSOD issues, I am trying to reinstall windows 11 pro using the non-destructive version so that I keep all of my settings and etc. The repair version has downloaded but has got stuck at Installing 100%.I have tried to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter but it says...The Windows Update diagnostic failed to runI'm sorry.
