Windows 11 24H2 Public Release

I hate to criticize, but why did Microsoft release this to Public, without fixing the bugs that were present in both the dev and rp channels? Try running sfc /scannow and the bugs that were called out in Dev and RP channels still exist in this Public Release.Can't Microsoft dot all their i's and cross all their t's before releasing something?
