Windows 11 24H2 Performance Tab empty/different versions?

Hello, I'm getting very frustrated and confused with the task manager performance tab. A lack of data on it made me reformat my laptop hoping to roll back from Windows 11 24H2 to a lesser version that was on my laptop when I bought it, with hopes that it was the most recent updates that caused it. It turns out that didn't work as when I've just checked about it still lists Windows 11 24H2 as a version.
