Windows 11 24h2 not booting after updating.

I have a fresh windows install that refused to boot, I didn’t have a system restore created at the time so I had to completely reinstall windows, I reinstalled windows using my usb which worked fine and was tested, on the 2nd install, I created a system restore to prevent having to reinstall windows, I downloaded and installed updates, but before that I disabled bitlocker, turned off realtime protection and ransomware protection and the update still failed.Updates that showed an install error after restoring: HP Dev Company, L.P Extension & KeyboardIntel Corp - System & HDCIntel - Exte
