Windows 11 24H2 Mouse Stuttering Issue

My work PC had it's main SSD corrupted when IT was trying to extend the drive. They swapped SSDs and reinstalled windows for me, fine whatever. It was incredibly frustrating having to reconfigure my development environment, but that all went smoothly. Since this occurred, and I had a fresh install of Windows 11 put on this PC, the mouse has lagged and stuttered constantly, making it near impossible for me to do my job, without getting frustrated and making mistakes because my mouse lags so bad.
