Windows 11 24H2 is not GOOD, GAMES ARE TAKING 30 minutes for first time launch

Games are taking 30 minutes for first time launch, I am having Xbox game pass , all games are affected and I tried previous completed games which launched in less than 10 seconds in 23h2 and 30 minutes in 24h2. When I did a roll back to 23h2, system is back to normal , same games were launched in 10 seconds. 24H2 is the problem and I am 100% sure. Unfortunately i accidentally updated again to 24H2 thinking the problem was fixed but it’s not. I can’t roll back to 23h2. I was hoping Microsoft to fix this, I am not having HDR. What do I need to?
