Windows 11 24H2 Install Error 0x800700b7

I've tried to update my Windows 23H2 to Windows 24H2 for months now, and I always receive the same error, “Install Error - 0x800700b7”. I've done in place installs from a Windows 24H2 ISO I downloaded, I followed every instruction on how to reset my update cache, change the distribution file name, restart the services, but nothing has worked so far. I'm running a Gigabyte Z790 UD AC motherboard with the latest BIOS, i7-13700KF processor, 96 GB memory, two 2TB WD Black SN850X NVMe SSDs, plus other SSDs for storage, and an Nvidia GTX 4070 video card.
