Windows 11 24h2 boot loop

I downloaded and installed Windows 11 24h2 on my HP laptop yesterday. Restarted after being prompted now is stuck in continuous boot loop with messages “attempting to recover installation” and “undoing changes to your computer.” Did two hard shutdowns but third restart didn’t take me to RE environment. Did restart and pressed F11 repeatedly to get to system recovery, getting “Your pc/device needs to be repaired, and error message 0xc0000225.. Can you help me get Windows to boot again?
