Windows 11 24H2 ARM-processor printing problems

I just bought a brand new Windows Surface Laptop PC+Co-pilot with Windows 11 Snapdragon ARM processor. I am currently running Windows 11 Home 24H2. I cannot get my HP printer to connect regardless of what method I try. The system will error out or it will delete my prints in the queue or it will just time out. I have tried 3 different printers. I am stuck dead in the water with no support. I have tried to return the computer however Microsoft will not contact me back. What are we supposed to do?
