Windows 11 23H2 Taskbar Icons

Pinned and executed programs on the taskbar now only show generic icons. That is SQL MS, notepad++, SolidWorks Network License Manager.Resetting Icon cache doesn't help. applying latest Cumulative preview update didn't help.Workaround is to set combine icons to never, which makes the taskbar look like trash IMO.
