Windows 11 23H2 Install error

I have a Acer N50-640, model D20E2 running windows 11 22H2, I’m trying to update my pc to windows 11 23H2 but I get and error message “Install error - 0x800f081f”. I got everything else downloaded but windows 11 23H2 just wouldn’t install. It would download and install it but when it got to 1005 installed, it would show the error message. Note I am running a almost clean install of windows, having failed getting update during the OOBE. I tried to insert an image but it failed to import.
