Windows 11 22H2 OEM license after re-installing to Win 10

Hello.So i have a PC that came with a Win 11 22H2 Pre install from Dell.The issue is that the 22H2 has an error when it comes to joining the Local AD.Is it possible to use an iso and fresh install a windows 10 on the device?or will there be some complications with the windows key and such.
