Windows 11 22H2 fresh install freezes at Windows logo

I've been trying to update to 22H2 for months now and it always fails with no feedback whatsoever. I finally broke down and figured I'd just do a full wipe as it's been QUITE some time since I've done so. Used the official media creation tool, used a 128GB extra USB stick lying around (funnily enough, the tool just creates a 32GB partition so I set a reminder to only use 32GB stick next time haha) so there should be absolutely no corruption or any of that funny business right?Initially, I left everything plugged in, booted from USB, got to the Windows logo and a fancy new, uhh, circle animati
