Windows 11 22H2 explorer.exe command line switch to load multiple tabs

I use Win+R to run explorer.exe and use command line switches to open a specific folder location. For example, explorer.exe /root, "drive:\folderPath" works great. With 22H2, there is no documentation on how to open one explorer.exe instance with multiple tabs. I have tried adding a comma between folderpaths or spaces, e.g., explorer.exe /root, "drive:\folderPathOne", "drive:\folderPathTwo". All the variations I can think of do not work. Anyone have documentation on 22H2 explorer.exe?Don't forget this is for 22H2 only. TIA.
