Windows 11/10 won't Install

New build pc running great for 6 months have a 4090 and i9-14900k I changed the virtual memory setting one day to help with a game to stop it from crashing however after doing so everything started crashing so I switched it back to automatic and it kept crashing. Everywhere I looked said it could be corrupt files and I had a similar problem on one of my old computers and reinstalling windows was the trick that fixed it however when I tried to reinstall windows it wouldn't stop crashing and I couldn't ever get it reinstalled tried 5 separate usbs with windows 11 and 10 nothing worked.
