Windows 11/10 BCDEDIT - The boot configuration data store could not be opened. Access is denied

After couple of hours I finaly manage to resolve this issue. This forum ( as well as couple of others ) helped me to find a solution but I didn't find complete solution and I have searched, oh, I have searched for it! So I decided to give it, so maybe others will not waste so much time...Scenario:Windows 11 boots fine, everything is working fine. ProblemCan't install Win11 update, giving me :"could not tell if there is enough free disk space..."Environment:I'm using UEFI and GPT disk layoutDisk space is fine - more than needed.The only problem that I could find in Windows is not working BCD -
