Hello, I am using a Dell laptop with Windows 10 installed, all updates are installed. I have been using my laptop all morning without any issues, when I tried to open a MS Word document (which I have opened many times before), my laptop suddenly freezed and I have to restart my LAPTOP. After the Dell logo appeared, it said Automatic Repair Started, then Diagnosing the PC, after that, the options to Restart or Advanced Troubleshooting came on, I clicked Restart, the Automatic Repair process started all over again.
