Windows 10 Wont Reset

[Windows 10]

I have a windows 10 dell. Did an update im not sure which one. Not my pc is stuck asking for a bitlocker recovery key which I cant find. I have tried eveything and for some reason I can not reset the pc. Any help would be appreciated.
