So I installed steam and got everything set up. I downloaded a game to my pc [Fallout 3] it installed no problem. Got DX9 and Xbox Detected the game and it launched just fine then exited the game because.Net Framework 3.5 isnt installed. So i go here grab the the installer and try to execute it. Then it poped up a choice box (which is Windows update) that says the app wont work unless .Net Framework 3.5 (the package im installing in the first place) is installed.
So naturally i tried running it as a admin. Then compatibility mode on Vista SP2 still shows the same thing. Am i trippin or is this legit?
