Windows 10 will not activate after changing hardware (no product key, digital license, free upgrade from Windows 8)

Hello MS Community,After reinstalling Windows and wiping my C: drive, Windows 10 will not activate. I changed from AMD to nVidia GPU and added RAM. I don't remember my Windows 8 product key from 2015 when I initially built this PC as I did the free upgrade to Windows 10. The upgrade gave me a digital license in which I didn't need a key when I did my last reset but now it is not working. I've looked everywhere for a solution and keep going in circles via their online help and troubleshooting.
