Windows 10 - Videos Freeze after fast forward.

i had asked a similar question before, but the suggestion I received did not work.HP 255 G4 Notebook 4.0 RAM 850 GB Hard drive AMD A8-7410 APU Processor 2.20 GHZ - AMD Radeon R5 Graphics I download videos from YouTube and other sites to do clip and do compilations. When I download a video and view it with Windows Media Player, or Movies&TV or VLC i fast forward thru the opening credits to find the actual information I want. Whether I fast forward manually, or use the FFWD of the player once I get to where I want, the video will freeze. No video, no audio, but if i look at the time--
