Windows 10 version 1607. will not update. I have tried everything on the internet to fix the issue

Hi I'm really stuck with this, I have spent what feels like weeks trying to fix this. I seem to get different error codes after each time I try.


When I search for updates Windows finds the following,

Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4049411

Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4033631

• Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803.

• Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903.

they all will download it seems but fall short of installing. I receive multiple error codes.


0x8000ffff 0xc190013, I cant find the other codes as I deleted them and am currently trying once again to update.


I have followed instructions on multiple youtube videos. I have spoken to the windows support bot can not get hold of a real person. I'm at my wits end, any help will be appreciate, thank you
