Windows 10 upgrade to windows 11 home product key not working

Just recently swapped hardware and noticed that my windows had a watermark around 3 hours into using my computer.Today i bought a windows 11 home oem key to remove it and upgrade from windows 10 however i cant seem to do anything and im getting a bit frustrated
