Windows 10 updates

I have a desktop that has been used less often after 04/01/22my updates are current up to last install successful on 11/28/2021 with 2021-11 Cumulative update for win 10 version 21H1 for x64 based systems (KB5007186)I am using the desktop again on a more frequent basis. My Issue is all attempts for new update downloads after 11/28/21 have error of failed to install on 04/06/22 // 08/23/22 // 08/26/22for KB4023057 and KB5016616 error code 0x800706beWindows Update is giving message that device is missing important security and quality fixesPlease Helpthank you for your assistance
