Windows 10 Updates Not Installing

I have never been unable to install the 2 Windows Updates below since their initial install release date. All other Updates install without issue. Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.413.467.0) - Current Channel (Broad) It says, "pending install,", then "downloading - 100%", then "installing." Then, this update notice disappears from the up screen leaving me thinking the update installed.
