Whenever Windows 10 updates, instead of using my PIN, my sign in password is required. At least one character in my password is a '#'. On a UK Keyboard it is a separate key immediately left of the 'RETURN' key. When WIndows updates and requires my password, I cannot login as it does not recognise the key I press as being '#' but being an apostrophe! '#' is 'Shift + 3' on the US keyboard setup. WIndows then goes on to ask me to set up a PIN. After which my PC finishes setting up and the keyboard has reverted to my original setting as UK keyboard setup. Why?
