Windows 10 updates error 0x80080005 - windows defender doesn't work

Hello, I've an old pc on which I didn't upgrade in time to windows 10. So, recently I decided to buy a licence of windows 10.
I purchase a pro version on amazon, but in reality I got a serial for an enterprise version.
I've installed it and everything worked fine for the first 2 weeks. The licence is verified and working.
Able to download and install updates also.
Then, I noticed the windows security icon disappeared, and also in the settings it was "blanked". Greyed out, inactive.

Also, performing updates would result after those 2 weeks in error 0x80080005

Current version installed 19042


I've tried many solutions, listed for example on FIX: Windows 10 update error 0x80080005
I've also run a script that restart all requires services, listed in another tutorial for 0x80080005
Didn't work, so I ended up reinstalling it. First using a reset, and then a clean reinstall.
In both cases the result was the same: working for the first 2 weeks and then having the same issues described.
I've also tried uninstalling the recent updates, I thought maybe there's something corrupted in the latest updates, didn't fix the problem.

I want to mention that another problem is that right after the boot up, every time, the fan start spinning real fast.
When I open the task manager, cpu usage is very high, but goes back to normal. Only if I open up the task manager.
So this is an operation I've to do every time I boot up.
I also run the latest windows malware removal and there's nothing.

I contacted the tech support, explaining the issue as now and I got a copy and paste answer.
Saying I should reinstall windows, after normal bootup (the rep explained later that "normal" means safe mode).
I explained him I've already done that twice and got exactly the same results.

Please let me know if you have any suggestion.
