Hi- I have installed quicken 2016 mondo patches at an earlier Windows 10 version ;and they worked. Now, with several Windows 10 updates later, I try to install the Mondo updates on another Windows 10 machine, and I get the patch error: " unable to check for updates, the server file failed to load. " Further it says: "index and length must refer to a location within the string, Parameter name: length.' I searched for a fix and it was on the quicken site which I tried and it did not work. It suggested I create a new administrator user on my windows system. I did and it did not work. I do not
