Windows 10 updated last night and now I can't get to my files.

Windows 10 updated last night and now I can't get to my files. It may have asked to log into my Microsoft account when I wasn't paying attention, so it put me into a generic account. Even when I log into my Microsoft account online, I still can't get to my files. Any help appreciated.
