First of all, I am aware there are numerous other posts regarding this, but none of the help given on those threads led to any success.
My problem is that when I go to start my upgrade from Win7 to Win10, the update gets stuck on "Please wait", and if it does get past that, gets stuck on "0 %". Here's the details.
Upgrade to Windows 10 Home
Installation date: 07/08/2015 10:44 AM
Installation status: Failed
Error details: Code 80240020
Update type: Important
Install the next version of Windows.

Any help would be seriously appreciated. Also, I have installed Win10 before, but I went back to Win7 as I couldn't play Fallout 3. However, I now really want to upgrade again. Thanks.
