Windows 10 update to Windows 11

Hi it's Luz again I have a different question regarding my Windows 10 to 11 upgrade automatically. My desktop shows that my Windows 10 is incompatible with the Windows 11 update.But I check the Windows 11 Specs and System Requirements. My desktop Device Specs are the same as Windows 11.I cannot find what the problem is, how can I check my desktop more?Thanks for the answer, I appreciate it so much.
